Inaugurated in 2004, the Centre mère-enfant Soleil (CMES) boasts one of Canada’s leading pediatric and obstetric clinical teams. It provides secondary, tertiary and quaternary care for the population of eastern Quebec.
Every year since 2016, Micrologic and its employees have joined forces to fund initiatives at the Centre mère-enfant Soleil via the Fondation du CHU de Québec.
Given the glaring inequalities in access to education and academic success, Éducaide’s Hubble program empowers motivated young people to pursue their schooling and achieve the success they deserve.
Since 2020, members of the Micrologic team have been taking the time to meet and talk with youth in the program, and giving them new laptops to support their academic careers.
The Youth in Mind Foundation (Fondation Jeunes en Tête) prevents psychological distress among young people aged 11 to 18 through its awareness programs. Their foundation supports teens in Quebec and those around them.
Under the honorary co-chairmanship of Stéphane Garneau, President and CEO of Micrologic, and Lisa Giannone, President and COO of BFL, a record $1 million was raised at the Bal du maire in 2024.
Jeunes musiciens du monde helps youth from high-risk backgrounds develop their socio-emotional skills and project themselves positively into the future with free music lessons. The organization uses music as a tool for young people’s social transformation.
For several years now, Micrologic employees have been taking part in the Défi Kayak Desgagné, one of the organization’s flagship fundraising events, as well as other fundraising activities.
Fitspirit’s (Fillactive) mission is to get teenage girls active for life, creating lasting memories for them and building a community of inspiring, committed people around them.
Natacha Jean, Director of Public Affairs and Strategic Positioning, and now Jean-Sébastien Guy, Chief Commercial Officer, are involved as Fitspirit Leaders and share their personal experiences of the positive effects physical activity has had on their lives, particularly during adolescence.
For 30 years, the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation has been committed to defending the interests and well-being of people affected by breast cancer and their loved ones. Their contribution is especially noteworthy in the area of medical and scientific advances. They invest in innovation and cutting-edge research and in patient-support programs, ranging from prevention to cure.

The mission of the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Québec is to be a dynamic and welcoming network that creates opportunities for the young business community’s development.
Because we believe in the strong potential of emerging entrepreneurs, Micrologic has been a partner in the Innovation and Technology category of the Jeune Personnalité d’Affaires competition every year for the past few years, and in various other initiatives like Fan d’Elles.
For over 30 years, the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec has supported a network of 42 young chambers of commerce and youth chapters across Quebec, bringing together more than 10,000 young professionals, self-employed workers and entrepreneurs aged 18 to 40. Their mission is to represent and promote young chambers of commerce.
Natacha Jean, Director of Public Affairs and Strategic Positioning at Micrologic, is a governor of the RJCCQ. We have also collaborated on initiatives like the Travaillons ensemble study, and our President, Stéphane Garneau, was a speaker at their flagship event, FERA.
