Director of public relationsWith a master’s degree in regional development, Natacha Jean has over 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing strategic plans in the fields of economic development, entrepreneurship and education.
Recognized for her leadership skills, her ability to mobilize key players and generate results, she has directed several emerging provincial organizations, including the Défi Osentreprendre and, more recently, Lab-École.

Philippe Bédard
Vice-President, CloudPhilippe earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Laval University in Quebec. In addition to his duties, Philippe is a fan of hockey, football and travelling. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of cloud computing and software development, Philippe has held management positions in large organizations where he was Vice President of SaaS Operations and IT Infrastructure. He was also responsible for global expansion projects (America, Europe and Asia) and the development of security practices, governance and implementation.
